What a purchase sends, and to whom

Nothing about your screenshots ever leaves this device, before or after a purchase. Billing is the only part of this product that uses the network: the page loads RevenueCat's Web Billing code and Stripe's card fields, and your card details go directly to Stripe. RevenueCat records that an anonymous identifier holds a subscription; Stripe records the payment and your email address for the receipt. Neither of them receives a screenshot, a filename, a finding, a note, or anything else from your review, because the workbench never sends it anywhere.

After a purchase this browser keeps one small record: whether the subscription is active, and when that was last confirmed. It is re-checked at most once every twelve hours while you are online, and it keeps working offline for thirty days between checks.

Refunds and support

Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and it will be refunded. Write from the address you paid with and include your access code. The full wording is in the refund policy.
